FAQ
To make installation easy, we will include powerful magnets that allow you to securely attach the piece to your wall without visible mounting hardware. Meaning there will be no unsightly screws to diminish the beauty of your artwork. The shipment will include all of the necessary mounting materials and instructions to make installation a breeze.
If you prefer not to use the magnetic mounting system, we also offer the option to have holes drilled into the piece for traditional mounting with screws. And rest assured that we will paint the screws to match the finish to ensure a better integration with your artwork. Please note that while rare, some individuals with pacemakers could experience interference with magnetic fields created by the magnets. Simply place a note on the order while in the cart at checkout, and we'll gladly accommodate your needs.
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within five business days from the date of purchase.
At UP Designs, all our pieces are made to order based on each customer's unique request. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if the item you receive is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly replace it with a new one. Please contact us at updesignsonline@gmail.com to arrange a replacement.
