When will I receive my order?
Because every piece is individually custom crafted just for you, production begins as soon as your order is placed.
- Production & Shipping Time: All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from the day you place your order.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location (typically 2 to 5 business days).
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What is the return policy?
At UP Designs, every piece of metal wall art is custom made to order specifically for you. Because each item is individually crafted, high return shipping costs, and a risk of transit damage, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your order is protected against damage or errors. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or item issue, along with photos of the shipping packaging.
Once verified, we will immediately produce and dispatch a brand-new replacement to you.
